1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betaa com ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the betaa com website, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, fish games, slots and participation in the VIP programme.

betaa com reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player cannot verify their age when asked, betaa com will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawal until the verification is completed or the account is confirmed as belonging to a minor, in which case the account will be closed.

betaa com does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming platforms are prohibited by law. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that using betaa com does not contravene any applicable laws in their location.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering on betaa com, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any linked payment information — secure. betaa com will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Only one betaa com account is permitted per person, per household address and per payment method. If multiple accounts are detected using the same identity or payment details, betaa com will close duplicate accounts. Bonuses credited to duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account balances are held in PKR. betaa com is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure or has shared them with another person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

betaa com processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change and the current list of supported options is always shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your betaa com balance promptly after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally reflect within a few minutes. Raast transfers settle in real time for most transactions. Bank transfers and card payments are subject to standard banking processing windows which are outside betaa com's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by betaa com during standard operating hours. The time for a withdrawal to reach your wallet or bank account depends on the payment method selected. VIP members receive prioritised withdrawal processing. betaa com may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified.

betaa com does not apply platform-level fees to standard deposits or withdrawals. Where a specific payment provider charges a processing fee, this will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction. betaa com is not responsible for fees applied independently by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the relevant pages within your account. These limits may vary based on the payment method selected and the player's VIP tier.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by betaa com support.
• betaa com reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, betaa com will delay or refuse a withdrawal and may close the associated account pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on betaa com are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. For cricket, PSL, T20 international fixtures and football, market-specific rules regarding match abandonment, weather interruptions and result certification are published in the sports section of the platform.

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from betaa com. If a bet is placed and no confirmation is received due to a connection issue, the bet should be treated as unconfirmed until verified via your bet history within your account. betaa com is not liable for bets that did not register due to connectivity problems on the player's side.

betaa com reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets across cricket, PSL, football and esports .

In-play betting odds are updated in real time during live matches. betaa com will not be held responsible for bets placed on odds that changed between the time the player viewed the market and the time the bet was confirmed — the odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• betaa com reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets for any player account at its discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless betaa com explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature on a specific market.
• Results are determined based on official sources. For cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and ICC official results are used. For PSL fixtures, official PSL match data applies.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

betaa com offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses carry specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligible games or markets. These conditions are published on the individual promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must generate ten times its value in qualifying bets before cash withdrawal is available.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to wagering completion.

• VIP benefits apply to the account to which the tier is assigned and cannot be shared.

8. Player Conduct and Fair Play

betaa com is an entertainment platform and all players are expected to use it in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or incorrectly priced markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, live casino or any other game format.
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to launder funds through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betaa com staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

betaa com monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with the above violations. betaa com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Duplicate account creation.

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, betaa com may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
